Returns and Refunds
Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or returns for change of mind.
If books are faulty then an exchange will be given

Noting your Name, Year at school eg (Yr7 or Yr10) and contact phone number and the details of the faulty book.
Return the faulty book to the IRC (Library) with the above details and a replacement will be supplied.

Your personal information of Name, Phone numbers and email address are recorded only for the purposes of identifying your order and for the purposes of Mackays Books to contact you in regards to any query arising from your order.
Order information is kept for the processing of order and as a record of supply for up to 12 months and then securely destroyed.
None of your credit card details are stored or kept on this website and are only captured by the anzegateway for payment purposes.
